Disrespectful employee
The cashier waited until I ordered to inform me that she didn't have any change for a $50 bill. She hadn't even checked her register to see what change was available. All I needed back was 2 $20 bills, a a single, and a few cents. I missed a bus to work to support this business. Why aren't things put into place to accommodate the customers/consumers? I shouldn't have to miss out because of a flaw on Jimmy John's behalf. I can't into this location 2xs within the last week span and my sandwich was missing ingredients both time... read more
Food and service was great 5/5, however the place was like a sauna. Needs to have a working ac for me to enjoy the atmosphere
