No complaints other than the construction on airways making it very inconvenience to get into the restaurant which is not the fault of the restaurant everything is awesome at jimmy johns! The Italian sandwich is bomb! And absolutely my go to. The brownie is so good too

Staff provided Great customer service, and I received my order promptly
Even one of the staff was reciting a leader song. Previous to this current a customer bought me a roast beef sandwich. Thank you. Going to try harder and get off the streets.
I placed my order 15 minutes ago and it's still not ready. There's no one else in the drive thru, yet we were told to pull forwardand park We ordered TWO sandwiches. The staff at this location definitely needs trained on what "freaky fast" means because today's staff has ZERO urgency.
