Getting hangry. I placed an order through the app, and even added a generous 25% tip, which I normally cannot afford to do. It has been almost 2 hours, and my sandwich is not here yet. I've called the local store 23 times over the last hour, and no one has picked up. The message box is full, so I can't leave a voicemail. Got my order wrong, not once, but twice. And it was not complicated. A sandwich with no mayo and no tomato. First one was delivered with no meat, cheese or avocado. Doubled checked the receipt, and the order was correct, just put together incorrectly. They did send a new sandwich after I called to tell them what happened. Unfortunately the next sandwich had everything, including mayo and tomato. So I did not enjoy my lunch either time. Please double check orders, especially on a redo.

Management is very poor and owner is very not present. Worked here for almost 2 years and can proudly say it was one of the worst job experiences of my time. Checks bounce constantly, sick leave pay or checks in general are rarely on time, people (including myself) have missed hundreds of dollars on checks, “due to the computer system” quote on quote.
