Really fast sandwich shop. Most of the time it takes them about a minute after you order to put your food out. Friendly, trendy and cheap(ish). It's not the best place to dine in - it would probably feel a little awkward. But we take the food out and it's nice.
I ordered a sandwich which not only took nearly two hours to be delivered, i received it as a soggy mess, and wasn’t even close what I ordered, it was a completely different sandwich then the one I ordered and what was on the receipt. It contained ingredients I am allergic too so I couldn’t even try to make the best of the mistake.
Never got my orders...
For what it is worth, I *DID* address this with Ross, who I was the owner/GM, and never once heard back from him. In my world, that means he simply doesn't care, end of story. I used to love this Jimmy John's under Kathy Rocca's ownership. She was community minded and easy to talk to and, unlike our current owner, DID care about things.
