Everytime I order online from this place they forget stuff on my sandwich, even when I pay extra for it 😭
I like Jimmy Johns. Their sandwiches are great and feel more fresh than a lot of other sandwich places, and one of the few places that delivers onto campus for a reasonable fee. I probably get it 1-3 times per month when I forget a lunch and can't get away. Most times it has been 20-40 minutes, right in the window of when they say it will be.
