I ordered on my app and my sandwich was made Super fast, like Freaky Fast! I had one of those new Pizza sandwiches and it was delicious. The cashiers was very polite and attentive. I will definitely be back to this Jimmy Johns for more. Thank you!
The worst Jimmy John’s ever. Everybody is so slow and couldn’t care less. It’s an embarrassment to the company name and logo
Stopped in for a couple of subs. Restaurant seemed organized and clean. Was greeted promptly by friendly staff. We took our food to go. Sandwiches were good and prices were average for the area.
I had a very nice experience when walking into Jimmy John's i n Rosemont. The employees that were working on that day were so nice. I let them know I was gonna write a review and wanted to mention them. Brittany and Julie were so nice with making my experience smooth and friendly. I recommend any one in the area to visit that location. Good food and great hospitality. Thank you again
made an online order customized my sandwich but didn't receive how I ordered it. called the jj store. person answered said ill bring you what u ordered in 5 minutes. never showed up. be sure to check your orders
