I had a very nice experience when walking into Jimmy John's i n Rosemont. The employees that were working on that day were so nice. I let them know I was gonna write a review and wanted to mention them. Brittany and Julie were so nice with making my experience smooth and friendly. I recommend any one in the area to visit that location. Good food and great hospitality. Thank you again
made an online order customized my sandwich but didn't receive how I ordered it. called the jj store. person answered said ill bring you what u ordered in 5 minutes. never showed up. be sure to check your orders
I don't know when it became exceptable to have the music so loud inside the store that it's hard to place your order. Let alone have a conversation with people you are sitting with. Hey Manager of this location, just fyi, no one wants to be blown away by some (sounded like) indian fushion rap music at volums so loud we felt we were at a wedding in India.
They stole $11 from a buddy of mine! They don’t give refunds. They ignore messages. They always close 30 min before closing. They never have enough bread and constantly run out before closing time so they lock the doors so customers can’t get in. The management here is horrendous. They constantly get online food orders wrong. STAY AWAY!!
