Very bad experience overall, I wanted to try a sandwich on my break during lunch but when I went over at 11:30 ( they open at 11) a person outside said they’re manager is running 30 minutes late. So I didn’t get it that day . I decided today to try a give it another shot but when I ordered my sandwich they refused to give my my change back saying they were out of change. So I was robbed of some of my money for a sloppy put together sandwich. I won’t be returning
Had wonderful customer service at this location. I told the worker, Eden, I was packing this sandwich for lunch the next day while I took the bar exam. He went out of his way to pack the ingredients separately so I still had a fresh sandwich the next day. Really great service.
Nobody behind the counter, no food prepared, and always out of ingredients for Subs.
Ordered two sandwiches and they only gave one. Don’t answer the phone so can’t even get a refund for it. I should have read the reviews beforehand so that is on me. Lesson learned don’t go here.
Amazing staff, amazing food, the atmosphere was happy and everyone was incredibly nice, the kid with the blue hair was really nice to meet in particular, would come again!
