I came to order food from jimmy John’s at 6108 n western on Friday. I sat outside and waited until 10:15am and still they had not opened the store. They should change their hours so it reflects what is posted.
Got the kickin' ranch chicken wrap.. ice cold, no ranch.. Just chicken, lettuce, onion, tomato and cheese.. ice cold, tasted disgusting. Paid $26 for this and the service was rude. Probably last time going to Jimmy John's what a waste of money.
Update: came in a year later. Still can’t manage to get sandwich toppings right. Figured after a year and countless bad reviews they must have tightened up. But no. Just close this store at this point if corporate doesn’t want to train anyone it’s a waste of a franchise. Ordered a Cuban no pickles, came loaded with lettuce and tomato when it isn’t a listed topping. At least ask first. Wasted $20 on soggy sandwiches.
