Keep putting my order on ground at front door and don’t knock or ring bell I do not want food off the ground. I called Jimmy John’s consumer line and complained did not hear anything Called them back they said the complaint was closed by the restaurant
Great group they took allergies very seriously which was awesome they switched their gloves, the mat and got a new knife
I'm never going to order Jimmy John's from the state st location.6/4/26 order 2 subs and am still waiting for delivery it's been over a hour since I placed my order and I'm ready to demand a refund. Freaky fast my ass
