I PLACED A DELIVERY ORDER. THEY CANCELED WITBOUT CALLING. NO REAL APOLOGY .DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!
Never received order. Took an hour to get a cancelation notice. No refund. Next day the trash manager "Liz" refused to help. The uber delivery said to contact the store, she said to contact uber. Awful customer service. Ignored my calls 8 times. Don't waste your time or money with this poorly run bullshit restaurant.
Always a great experience at Jimmy John’s! The sandwiches are consistently fresh, delicious, and made exactly as ordered. Service is super fast—whether I’m grabbing lunch on the go or having it delivered, it’s always quick and reliable. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the store is clean and well-kept. Can’t go wrong with Jimmy John’s when you want something tasty and fast!
The pasta dishes always taste freshly made and delicious.
I've never seen a more perfect sandwich and the customer service was great!
