Standard Jimmy John's sandwich - but when asking for hot peppers on my sandwich, I expect to get hot peppers on my sandwich. It wasn't even busy.

Bought their most expensive sandwich 25$ and even after talking to the manager They refused to toast it..

Orion is the MVP, he deserves a raise plus a bonus day off. I called when I hadn't received my order in 40 min and he was apologetic and remade my order since the 3rd party it got tasked with stole my food and said it was delivered. I guess bonus for working in a place with cameras to check regarding that. He made sure to bring it by on his next round of orders. I am so appreciative for him and his customer service is great.
