Had an order for online delivery that’s was over 40 min late .. I’ve ordered there numerous times before and never had any issues and food is usually on time so I called the shop to cancel the order the young lady was rude on the phone with every excuse in the book why it was late and then hung up the phone all I was trying to do was cancel my order which would have been a soggy mess. I won’t be using this shop again after over 20 orders in the past.
The staff is so welcoming and made picking up dinner a nice experience.
This store, these people are the fastest in the Tidewater area. They don't have a problem with "making it as you like it and are not afraid to be "out of the box"!!" {Unlike the military highway store}. Every time I am down at Roberts Oxygen getting fills I will be by to get my favorite: Roast beef and cheese - Toasted and ....... you know ....... a vegetarian Unwich with bacon. Thanks for the great service. Joel
