We’ve been coming to this Jimmy John’s for years and have never had an issue. Quick service, friendly staff, and food prepared as requested.
I showed up at 8:30; 1.5 hours before close. Doors were locked and 4 employees looked at me like I was stupid when I tried to enter. I was shooed away-keep in mind this location closes at 10. I was a pedestrian so I couldn’t try a drive through. I did call that location after I got home, and I was met with rude customer service. They would tell me that they close the lobby an hour before they close to mop and clean (I showed up a half hour before the time they told me) and that if I really wanted food I should’ve used the dr... read more
Tgey messed up my order and wouldn't own up to messing it up
