I had a really disappointing experience. There was a hair in my milkshake, which was honestly pretty gross and unacceptable. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, they were incredibly rude and dismissive instead of trying to fix the situation. The staff also had poor attitudes and were not friendly or helpful at all. Overall, the customer service was very unprofessional, and I definitely expected much better.
I get second hand embarrassment from the ppl that work here 😬
They forgot the main ingredient in my turkey sandwich - the turkey 🤦♀️
