Freaky slow.
The last few times I've ordered delivery it's been more than an hour wait without any communication from them. The latest was more than an hour and a half wait and they didn't even start the delivery. I used to be a regular. Now that the prices and wait times have skyrocketed, I'm not going to order again.
Don't ever end the free combo upgrade
I work around the corner and was craving a sub sandwhich (I’m pregnant) and when I opened my a sandwhich I realize there’s no cheese. So I called the store and politely asked if I can just pick up a slice of cheese. The employee apologized for the mistake and offered to bring it to me. She came promptly and handed me a bag. They wrapped up a few slices of cheese and put a cookie inside. I only had enough money for a sub and chips so seeing the cookie really blessed me.
