Good food, but sarcastic comments towards the customer when asking for things like condiments, napkins, or anything the customer needs.
Terrible TERRIBLE customer service. I’d give 0 stars if it were an option. Ordered 45 mins ago. Still haven’t gotten my food. 35 minutes in I call to see why because I’m on a 30 minute lunch break and I’m hungry, and Jimmy John’s is supposed to be fast. Especially because Google Maps maps it as a 6 minute drive. They hang up on me. I call back 10/15 mins later and get accused of swearing at the guy despite my coworkers hearing my phone conversation and agreeing that I never swore or even lost my patients… 45 mins later, stil... read more
We stopped for a quick sandwich. The service was excellent. The store was clean. The employees were very engaging, happy smiling, and neatly dressed. The seating area is kind of small but was clean. It’s very rare that you receive customer service from individuals who look you in the eye ask how your day is and talk with you while offering a service. Great job.
Great place for lunch.
