Final straw. Food took 40 min after the app said it was out for delivery. Sandwich was a soggy mess, and incorrectly made. Soda was warm. I suppose should be grateful, because way too frequently they “don’t have a driver” or (yes) are “out of bread.” Franchisee should sell to someone that wants to give a positive customer experience. I’ve had my last bad experience with the store. Avoid this location like the plague, it’s likely the worst restaurant in McHenry.
Waited 25 minutes for a sandwich I had placed on the app. Even after I walked in walked up to the register and told them.
