This is the only review I've ever made because I try not to complain. Having said that the last 4 times I have ordered here my order has either been wrong, or delivered to the wrong unit. Tonight I used my free sandwich reward and got the wrong sandwich after waiting 45 minutes. I love Jimmy's but this location has lost my business.

Our family ordered delivery (through the app) from the Wandermere JJs tonight, as we do 2-4 times a month. Everything was so yummy. I was sitting and talking with my family about how the sandwiches are always great, they always come quickly, and I don’t think we’ve been disappointed once in the 3ish years we’ve frequented them. They really do a great job. So we thought we’d drop a review and let them know!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING TO JIMMY JOHN’S!! I usually don’t leave reviews unless the service is outstanding or the food is amazing. But I felt the need to warn our Spokane community about this Jimmy John’s location. I ordered a turkey sandwich and there was LITERALLY 2 Finley sliced pieces of turkey on my Sandwich!! We have visited the Jimmy John’s in the Wandermere area dozens of times, and whether we are walking in, hitting the drive-thru, or ordering delivery, we have truly never had a bad sandwich. In an era where "fast food" can be hit-or-miss, this location consistently delivers on quality and accuracy.
