Freaky slow! I waited 15 minutes for them to give me the wrong chips and drink. Sandwich was fine thankfully but the avocado spread I paid more for, wasn’t even noticeable. I had to open the sandwich to see if it was put it on there. It would probably help if the employees repeated the order back and give the total before having us go to the window. Also, they weren’t very friendly and no one smiled. Overall, not impressed.
When we got there, they were out of some of the beads, we could only choose between the flatbread or the wheat. Stuff happens, though. I do prefer the French bread. Since I had wheat bread, my sandwich couldn't be toasted. I don't think these issues are so much anyone's fault as it was late in the day and sometimes business protocol doesn't allow things to work out well. The new toasted sandwiches are awesome!
This is the slowest and rudest Jimmy John's I have ever been to. Their reputation of being fast does not hold up at this place. It took over 15 mins to get my sandwich and there were only two other customers there. Unacceptable for any establishment, especially one that claims to be fast.
