I ordered a pickup, the lettuce was rotten and smelled. The sandwich was also super thin.
They threw tomato slices and pickles at me. Sandwiches were so-so. Do NOT ask them what they do in the back. You don't want to know.
I order a lot of catering for business events and Jimmy John's is my go-to when I have guests with food allergies/restrictions as they have pretty much something for everyone and they are quick to offer up suggestions when I am unsure of what to order! Their food is always fresh and flavorful. My order was correct and I appreciate that! I tried this JJ location because my order was wrong twice in a row from the East Mission store.
Purchased online, Turkey Tom and included a 20% tip. When I arrived at the store, 2 girls were working. One was standing at the register, the other was making a sandwich. The girl behind the register saw me walk in, said nothing and walked away from me, toward the other girl working. They started talking and neither one could be bothered to even say hello to me.
