Don’t order delivery from this location, I don’t know if they are understaffed or just really unorganized but my office is a 3 minute drive from the shop but I order delivery when I am too busy to get a lunch break. My first order took an hour and 15 minutes, they apparently ran out of bread… so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They didn’t offer any apology or anything just kept saying there nothing they could do. All four of my online orders for delivery in the last year have taken over an hour, before I have to contact the store, where it is then delivered within 10 min.
The customer service for 2 days in a row it's awful. The gentleman that I worked with at the register walked up with the demeanor that he did not want to be there or I was bothering him. When I left, there was even a lady that said, woo, wow, what happened to customer service. I do not mind tipping, but i'm not tipping anymore.With that kind of customer service.
