Placed an online catering order for pickup only to find the store closed. I've been in contact with corporate since 8/31 and have yet to receive a refund.
Steele Creek location in Charlotte. Never know if they are going to be open when you get there. Posted hours are until 9pm today (Sunday). Got there at 7:45 and they were locking up!
Not sure her name that is working today, but she is all by herself and doing a phenomenal job! She was sweet, knowledgeable, fast paced, and overall just a wonderful employee!
Ordered food on July 22nd, 2025 to my work. Order was set up with Uber eats by the location. Food was never delivered, no way to contact Uber eats since I did not set up the delivery and do not use that service. Called the store multiple times to no answer. After an hour I called JJ's customer service line. They attempted to call the location to no answer as well.
