If you love Jimmy John's. Don't go to this one! Sandwich was prepared horribly, they don't put your sandwiches in a bag or give you napkins etc. Employees look like they don't shower or brush their teeth.
I was having trouble getting the rewards section on the website to work. I had earned enough for a free favorite, so I ordered and it took the 1500 points but put up a splash page stating that I could not redeem. I called the store and your employee, Annette, was very helpful, professional and pro-active by offering to take my order over the phone and handle it herself. I appreciated not being told to contact corporate. You have a good employee in Annette!
