The dude working night shift had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. Straight up rude for no reason, acting like we were bothering him by coming to get food… at a place that sells food. Like nobody told you to work here, so don’t take it out on customers. If you hate your job that much, quit. People like that shouldn’t be working customer service at all. Do better or get replaced.
Probably the best service I've ever had at any one of these locations. Very, very clean and fresh food.
I visited Jimmy John's on Trojan Ave in Berewick, and it did not disappoint. I hadn’t had Jimmy John’s since 2008, but it still tastes just as good in 2026! I can’t remember the name of the sandwich I ordered, but it had turkey, lettuce, mayo, and tomatoes, and it definitely hit the spot. I also tried the red velvet cookie. Stopped in for lunch twice this week since we were working across the street. The staff was courteous, patient, and super fast! The sandwiches were yummy as always, but it makes such a difference when the staff is friendly and inviting to customers. Thanks for making my lunch an enjoyable experience!
