I ordered delivery set to deliver at a set time. I didn't get it until maybe two hours later, and that was only when I called and asked why I didn't get my order. The person who answered told me that it was delivered, but when I checked again it was nowhere to be found. And when I called back, I told them that I wanted my order or I wanted a refund.
