I truly hate leaving negative reviews—especially for one of my all-time favorite chains—but unfortunately, this particular Jimmy John’s location (10032 University City Blvd, Charlotte) fell far below expectations. Our visit on a Sunday afternoon was disappointing from start to finish. From the moment we arrived at the drive-through, the staff member who assisted us was incredibly unwelcoming.
