Someone came into my job and brought $10 gift cards for every employee. My wife went to the location in Webster Groves and tried to use the cards and the staff was a bunch of morons. She was told there was no value on one card, the second card supposedly worked but the total on the register didn’t come down on her side, although the guy working the register said she still owed $6 and change. Walked in with six member family at 8:20 and ordered $75 worth of food. Shop closes at 9:00 pm. Our food was prepared promptly while we waited in a booth. When our food was ready it was put in a box and we were then told that the dining room was closed and we could not eat there. No sign. No notice before we ordered. Seemed not to understand/care why this was a problem. Customer service fail.
