I placed a delivery order with Jimmy John’s that was never fulfilled. Watching the tracker and after 40 minutes of no status change I called the store. I was told it was being picked up for delivery soon. After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes order was still not delivered. Called the store again and requested a refund and because I used a free sandwich reward I wanted my reward refunded as well. YUM!! Just enjoyed my first meal from this Jimmy Johns. The ordering and curb side pick up were simple and convenient. My order was at my car in just a few minutes. And the meal was very tasty!! Nice chewy bread, fresh ingredients and less than $20 while loaded with extras. I'll be back!!
