The young man that took mu order over the phone was so polite. He was so nice when I went to pick up my order. The young lady that took my money was also nice. The wrap was good. He made it just like I asked.
This was our 1st time trying JJ's and I was really hoping for a better experience. I paid $17 for a sub and a wrap. When I took it back to our hotel room bc my daughter is fighting cancer I was not happy to find peppers & onions on a wrap I specifically asked for NO PEPPERS & ONIONS. I ordered a turkey tom and it was pathetic to see how little they use to make this sandwich. 3 small tomatoes, 3 slices of turkey on a 8" sub with a sprinkle of lettuce.
