Ordered a sandwich to be delivered to my hotel and when I opened it the lettuce was brown and the turkey had a smell to it.. so glad I spent 14.00 for a bag of chips for dinner. Tried to call and was hung up on…
Walked into the store looking forward to getting some JJ's and I walked there from my hotel after a long, hard day of work. I walk in start to give my order and I get told they're not taking orders! Like what the hell! I have never been so disappointed in a Jimmy John's ever - and I've been to JJ's across the country! This store was a major letdown - I don't recommend going there.
I work nearby, so order from here a couple times a month. I don't know why I keep ordering - my order is wrong almost every time. I assume the people who work there can't read or don't understand the word "extra" when requesting more than the normal add-ons (crispy jalapenos). It will be Jersey Mike's from now on.
Horrible experience.. did an online order and picked up my two subs, both subs were completely drenched in vinegar so the bread was completely soaked and soft! Also requested for both subs to be cut in half… didn’t happen! My chips were not with order my order. Horrible location! Avoid this place!
