Ordered online. This is my 3rd time ever having jimmy johns and the first 2 were fantastic. This one not so much. First off I get to the store and had to sit and wait for 10 mins, didnt see anyone in the store. I called no answer, would've gone in but I didnt wear shoes because I selection curbside. The gentleman that comes out reeks of weed, didnt know what was happening, then argued that I didnt have any drinks even thought they were cleared stated on the ticket and my online order. From our initial inquiry call about the catering options to the final delivery, every interaction was handled with the utmost professionalism and great hospitality. It truly made for a wonderful experience.
They don’t offer the choices on any sandwiches , don’t ask for sides , preferences etc. please get this out of Affton if they don’t have workers that will keep the company standard.
