It’s a half-n-half review. Their prices have increased ridiculously over the past 7 years so I always skip. Then, randomly, I hadn’t eaten all day and they were on my way home. So I went in and ordered my old favorite #10 with no mayo for the first time in 7 years. I was the only person in the store. Not busy. Empty. Customer service was great. Ordered; #10, no mayo. We had a bad experience at another location and Michael really turned things around! Excellent customer service.
Gotta give a shout out to Alex! There was an issue with my order from the previous week, and Alex took the time to look into it to figure out why I hadn’t received the refund that I was supposed to be issued. He was super polite and cared about resolving my issue. He made it right and assured if I had any issues in the future to call and he would make sure it was taken care of. I already loved Jimmy John’s Sandwiches and folks like Alex is why I come back, Thanks Bro!
