Delivery is always slow
I don’t know what happened with who they ended up hiring for the drive-through. It was an elderly lady who took my order around lunchtime today. Apparently she couldn’t hear very well from the headset. I had to repeat myself at least 10 times. And even then when I came to the drive-through, she still managed to get my order wrong. Slowest Jimmy John’s in town.
I used to go out of my way to come to this Jimmy John’s because it was my favorite location, but after today I won’t be coming back. I placed a pickup order about 10 minutes before we even arrived and we then still sat at the pickup window for another 20 minutes waiting for our food. What’s the point of ordering ahead if the order still isn’t ready?
