Ordered an order for pickup and got there and it was good. Went to ask for some extra ranch and the guy at the register was nasty about it. I understand you are busy around lunch time, but it’s not right to make smart remarks or act smart behind the counter. Will not be going back to this location. Never had any issues at any other Jimmy John locations.
Came back recently. Drive thru was wrapped around the building and a car would move once every 5-10 minutes. Ive been waiting for about 20 mins and I haven’t ordered. Staff up people!!! It’s summer! Update #2: Tried it again hoping last time was just a bad day. Nope. There was nobody in line and the drive thru lady said please wait a moment. 7-8 minutes go by and the cars start piling up behind me. Nobody was in the store.
