Sandwiches were not freaky fast. Cashier just stared at me with a blank face after I said hello twice, and actually didn't say anything during the ordering process. A receipt was not offered or a number and did not take a name.
I ordered delivery through the Jimmy John's app last night. It was pawned off to Uber. It was finally cancelled at 11:30. They close at 10. Today I called multiple times and finally got ahold of the General Manager of the restaraunt. She was extremely rude. Not one apology or I am sorry. She tried to pawn the blame off on the delivery driver. Jimmy Johns has always stood by their Freaky Fast slogan and I found it very strange and immature of the GM to blame the driver and essentially me. I have worked in the service industry... read more
