Doors were locked 10 mins before closing time. Employees did not even bother to look at me or ask even after they saw me.
Three employees working and every one of them looked at me and looked away. Finally one came over and just stared at me while I said hi how are you? Ordered. When my food was ready he sat the sandwiches on the counter. I asked if I could have a bag and he said " Do you need me to bag it for you?" Meanwhile the bags are behind the counter so yeah actually or hand me a bag. It was insane. It felt like being punked the entire time because who acts like this.
Multiple terrible experiences from a family fan club for Jimmy John’s. Tried one more time and spent $30 yesterday for my husband’s birthday two giant subs to be completely disappointed and pathetic quality of subs. You lost a loyal family of customers!
Got a catering order for a birthday party. Paid a lot of money and there was one slice of meat on the sandwiches. I was embarrassed to even put the sandwiches out for everyone. Just went there today. Made it home and they forgot a sandwich. I called and they wouldn’t refund me for that sandwich. The two sandwiches I did get were completely wrong even though the receipt on the bag was my correct order. I won’t be going back.
