I'm impressed, and that takes a lot at a chain sub shop. I walked in for lunch. They had a lot going on and we're clearly processing a lot of delivery orders. I was greeted quickly and the took my order just as fast with some light customization of the sub. I paid right away and as soon as my card was processed she handed me my finished sub. I was surprised that it had even been started yet. Very fast and very friendly. Love Jimmy John's subs too. I'm sad we don't have one in Woodbridge, but I often pop in when I'm over here... read more
I exclusively order delivery from this store. It's less than two miles from my office, but delivery routinely takes 45 minutes to an hour - definitely not freaky fast! Something has changed in the last few years, as there were times when they would deliver barely 10 minutes after I clicked order! I do like the food, so I am still a repeat customer.
Very friendly & helpful employees. They have the best tuna sub. 2 guys were working, extremely helping in making sure I could carry the food easily, since I have some challenges.
