4:55pm June 10th 2026.I just got off from work and stopped in to get a sandwich to bring home.Stood at the counter and wasn't greeted or asked about an order for 5 minutes with two employees in the area,No other customers at drive thru or in store so I just walked out.
Amazing service at Jimmy John’s in Thibodaux! The family team (mom, dad, and son) handled my large order quickly and with such kindness. Truly outstanding!
