Sandwich tasted like sh*t and the cookies are 🤢
We frequent Jimmy John’s often but this was the worst location we had been to. Customer service was extremely poor…we were not greeted with the friendly “hello welcome to Jimmy John’s!” We were not asked if we had a rewards number and one of the employees just stood by the door making the stay very uncomfortable. We decided to eat our sandwiches in the car. Also the bathrooms were not clean…out of hand soap. When I told the order gal the bathroom was out of soap her response was a “ok”. You will not be greeted when you walk in. You'll have to stand awkwardly at the counter till someone decides to take your order. Order taker Destiny was rude. Would cut me off with "one sec" when giving a simple one word for my order. The employees will then talk about you and your order as you wait for your food. I overheard one say. "He doesn't want "no nada" on it?", another replied something in spanish and both laughed. Very uncomfortable experience. My sandwich came out bland.
I ordered a tuna on wheat. They smashed my bread to the thickness of a tortilla. When I asked for new bread the manager argued with me. I said can you just give me some bread and I fixed it myself. He then continued to argue with me. This place is just rude.
Incredibly rude. It’s like they’re offended you’re frequenting their establishment.
