Went in and there were only two ladies working. They were slammed and it was obvious. I opted to just order through the Jimmy John’s app while standing in the lobby, thinking it would make for a smoother experience for them. I told the one employee who wears glasses, and she said “ok”. I then watched another customer place their order with her. 10min later that person got their order, mine hadn’t even been started. I thought their motto was Jimmy John's freaky fast. This location is far from freaky fast, they are severely slow. I think this location needs to have every single employee fired. Honestly I wouldn't give them a tip I would rather deduct the 15% from my bill and take the tip.
