The sandwich was really good, nice size, juicy - The customer service was virtually non existent other than the guy taking my order. I had no idea my sandwich was ready - seemed like the lady that made it ready was more pre occupied with talking to her co workers about video games than to announce that an in store order was ready.
$20+ for a large sandwich with very little meat on it. There was more shredded lettuce than meat. VERY DISSATISFIED FOR THR PRICE! Jimmy John’s seems to be going the same route as Subway, overpaying for less.
Horrible service. Lady with black gages in her ears is so rude. I would never go back there again. Worst experience ever
The food taste good The store is clean But the service is terrible, because they don’t pay attention to order details. I’ve been coming to this location 3+ years now and they 98% of the time they don’t cut the sandwiches in half when asked for it. Last 2-3 orders I have had 1-3 things wrong with orders. Some of these are missing add-ons that cost extra $. Sometimes they add items, even tho it was requested to be removed. Not sure if they are just moving to fast or just don’t care.
