$20+ for a large sandwich with very little meat on it. There was more shredded lettuce than meat. VERY DISSATISFIED FOR THR PRICE! Jimmy John’s seems to be going the same route as Subway, overpaying for less.
Horrible service. Lady with black gages in her ears is so rude. I would never go back there again. Worst experience ever
The food taste good The store is clean But the service is terrible, because they don’t pay attention to order details. I’ve been coming to this location 3+ years now and they 98% of the time they don’t cut the sandwiches in half when asked for it. Last 2-3 orders I have had 1-3 things wrong with orders. Some of these are missing add-ons that cost extra $. Sometimes they add items, even tho it was requested to be removed. Not sure if they are just moving to fast or just don’t care. placed an order at 10 am for delivery at noon for a class that was on a tight schedule it is now 12:59 and i have 15 people hungry and waiting for lunch .. I called the store and all i got was thay are busy ... I appreciate that but at the same time you made a commitment to deliver at a set time.. How is this my fault ? the person on the phone knew exactly that we were on a tight schedule at committed to the delivery time 3 times. Not mad but VERY DISAPPOINTED in the service...
