This place has the worst customer service. I’ve been going to Jimmy John’s for years! They delivered the wrong drink and began to get rude with me stating that well you selected the drink. Do better! It’s the customers that make your establishment!!
I had a pick up order & BRAD was AMAZING! I hope management can congratulate him on his customer service skills. The woman working was rude & impatient with my order, & Brad stepped in as I was trying to navigate a payment for my order. He was very timely & respectful with assisting me! Hopefully you get him on the weekends, I WILL BE RETURNING!
