If you dont mind waiting an hour and 42 minutes for a sandwich and a warm soda with all the ice melted then This is a good location. Dont call to complain though because theyll just say "were busy" this is the worst location in rockford.
This location is going downhill. It was reasonably fast when it opened, but in the last year many of my orders have taken upwards of 45+ minutes to be delivered. There are plenty of better local places I can go around here if I have that much time. And the increase in prices is not helping their case.
I placed an order on a Tuesday at 4:20pm, I waited a hour and my food never came so I called and the person on the phone said I can either get a refund or they can come back out.I decided to have them come back out because their only 5 minutes away from me.They never came and I never got an update.
Totally overrated fast food joint. Basically a generic bread sandwich for 12.00, the menu is totally confusing. The meat is paper thin. There's a reason why this was the 2nd time I've been to a Jimmy Johnson over the years. Stick with subway, Quiznos etc...done for good this time
