The staff is always friendly and the food is always good.
I go here a lot, big Jimmy Johns fan. It’s a great location. Something that annoys me is that if you are a loyalty member you are forced to enter your phone number. But if you pay with Apple Pay it picks it up automatically, but the employees don’t understand it and I have to manually enter a phone number. Only one location (downtown location) has this figured out and handles it well.
More than once the order has been incorrect from this location. Today I ordered a turkey sandwich and when I got home it was noticed there was no turkey on the sandwich... Awesome. And let's not forget the gratuitous tip feature you feel obligated to use when ordering. You get guilted into tipping and then your order isn't correct. Kinda sucks.
