The staff was friendly and service fast. The food is always tasty (at all JJ locations). We were visiting family and we don't live in the area but we will be back as it's a convenient place for lunch when we are driving in.
Got a sandwich with half of it containing zero meat and a smattering of lettuce. Called to just ask for a replacement or refund, the guy said “yeah you got what you ordered have a good day” and hung up on me. Called back to speak to a manager and he said is the gm and hung up on me again! I wasn’t even upset or anything just was expecting a correction. Other locations are always super friendly and accommodating. I think even this one has corrected mistakes before but perhaps it was a different manager?
