Spent over 30 minutes waiting in line for ONE sandwich just to be told my order was lost and I would have to wait after all the other tickets were made before my sandwich could be made. When I asked for a manager I was told the manger could not come speak to me because they were too busy. I asked for a refund and told it would be 3 days to get a refund and still the manager would not come talk to me. Went to inquire about pricing for a large order for my mother's celebration of life. The store manager stood right there and listened to me ask the clerk at the register. The clerk pointed at a flyer near the register that didn't have prices printed on it. He looked them up on the register, and wrote prices on the flyer. He then realized he'd written the wrong numbers down. He asked the store manager who told him to look it up in the register again. It was hard enough to be there because I was planning mom's service.
