Sat in dive thru for 5 min which felt like a lifetime when you are hungry. A worker greeted me to hold on. After the next 3 min the worker didn’t Check back and there was only 1 car in lot. This has happened before and I had to go inside- had my dog today so I didn’t want to. Left hungry & disappointed again.
In my opinion, this establishment is one of the worst I have ever encountered. During the night shift, they only have one employee working, which is inadequate given the high volume of customers. They have refused to hire additional staff, except for a driver who is always out on deliveries. As a heads up, the management is incompetent .
