First off I have always liked the sandwiches at, Jimmy John's. I had a problem ordering at the drive thru, the other day. The manager, Cody, straightened out everything, certainly to my satisfaction. I'm not saying don't go to the drive thru. My wife tells me she always goes into the store. 8-6-25 I was at the store and picked up a couple of sandwiches. They were fine. They asked if I had a rewards card, I said no. They didn't offer to give me one or if I wanted one.
Love jimmy johns, service is a little slow but the food is fresh!
