It's Adrian.... Employees always seem to be bothered that you showed up and want to place an order. The sandwich gets built differently every time I go in. Asking for a cup that comes with the combo can be a challenge, and getting a receipt seems to be difficult most days.
Foods great but the delivery is so bad. Kind of embarassing when the slogan of the company is litterally freaky fast delivery. I only live a couple minutes away and it always takes at least an hour to get here
We love Jimmy John's food, but we had waited almost 2 hours for our food to call and only be told sorry we are really busy. Not happy with their service at all. Next time we will go to jersey mike.
Customer Service was pure Dog water. Don’t count on them for deliveries, won’t even call & update them if there’s a delay or lack of drivers. Waited almost an hour for my delivery only to get a sad story and no urgency of them making the situation better.
