To the lady working the drive through tonight 1/17/25 at 6:45pm, your attitude was very rude and disrespectful towards me and my wife. She didn’t even great us when we pulled up to the sign and then when pulled up to the give our order she was very rude and snobby. Just because you’re “busy” doesn’t give you the right to treat people poorly. Best advice I’ll give ya is do better, treat people how you want to be treated 🤷♂️
I ordered able meal. Sandwich potatoe salad brownie and pop. The sandwich was not very good. Bread was tough mostly lettuce hardly any bacon the sandwich was dry. Very disatisfying. The potato salad was good the brownie was ok. Basically it was the same as a little Debby brownie not what was expected for 2.49. Over all the experience was disappointing.
Prob the worst customer service from any Jimmy John’s Iv ever been to. It all comes from the TOP!
