After taking a break from Jimmy John’s the service has gotten a lot better. The younger staff definitely needs some more training with explaining company policies to the customers.
Every time I come here the staff are great and the food really is freaky fast. The one time my sandwich wasn’t right they fixed it no questions asked. I am a JJ regular.
To the lady working the drive through tonight 1/17/25 at 6:45pm, your attitude was very rude and disrespectful towards me and my wife. She didn’t even great us when we pulled up to the sign and then when pulled up to the give our order she was very rude and snobby. Just because you’re “busy” doesn’t give you the right to treat people poorly. Best advice I’ll give ya is do better, treat people how you want to be treated 🤷♂️
