Walked in. Not busy. The girl was sweeping. Never said, "can I help you". "We will be right with you". " Can I take your order", nothing. She just kept on sweeping. We walked out after giving her every chance to acknowledge us. Such pitiful service. I give reviews 5 star and 1 star as justified and warranted.
Today is August 17, 2026 at 7:34 PM. Went to Jimmy John’s for the first time in New Braunfels. The girl was sweeping and never acknowledged us. Never said I’ll be right with you. Never said can I take your order. She just kept on sweeping. We left. Just pitiful. Never will come here again and we love Jimmy John’s. So sad. Dale Pitts
⭐ Jimmy John’s — What Happened?! We hadn’t been to Jimmy John’s in a few months, and when we finally came back, I was IN SHOCK. My kids were shocked too. The prices have stayed practically the same, but the sandwiches have gotten TINY. And I mean TINY. Look at the bread! Our sandwiches were basically the size of a taquito.
