I love the sandwiches. Always seems fresh. Today I decided to try the pasta for the first time. I was excited to try it but not paying attention to the date on it… I noticed it after I took a bite of the pasta. It says consume before 07/22. Today is 07/28… no wonder it tasted disgusting. It’s old and spoiled! Please do better staff. I really hope I don’t get food poisoning.
Usually like ordering thru them online , but today they couldn’t even take off what I asked really disappointing!!! I put no cucumber and still got it
Ordered delivery. Driver was upset because the distance was further than they usually drive. (No mention of this when the order was placed) The order was incorrect. When I called the restaurant, they hung up on me after advising them the order was incorrect. Horrible customer service.
Took 54 minutes to get 1 combo meal. They outsource the delivery to Uber Eats. I did not get my Diet Coke.. Uber eats person asked if the meal was complete when picking it up, he said that the worker said it was. I called the store and was told they have no idea how to fix this and I was to call back in 30 minutes because the manager was super busy. I guess I need to use my 712 reward points and start getting my sandwiches from somewhere else.
