I've tried this restaurant twice now for lunch and here's what I experienced: - Service: friendly and welcomed me when I came in. - Order accuracy: Order was correct and didn't give me any problem when I wanted to customize sandwich (add this, leave off that..) - Speed: Holy Smokes are they fast ...they made my sandwich within 25 seconds of me paying for the order. -Food Quality: Here's where the restaurant goes in the ditch. 45 minute wait... called at 30 minutes and they said the driver was already out, he showed up 15 minutes later. I asked if they would offer some kind of discount since my last two orders have taken this long and I even talked to the manager and he said there was nothing he can do. Then I get my sub delivered and it's wrong so I have to call them back and get another sub out. This site has gone way downhill, I suggest you drive out of the way to another location. First off. Seth is a racist and this is coming from a black man that worked there when the place first opened for business. There were 3 blacks working there at the time and over 20 whites. I had just got a second job at the time which required me to wear a suit and a name badge and were working both jobs. Since I didn't have a car at the time, I rode the bus to both jobs andhad to bring my suit with me from home. I would hang the suit up in the back while I went to work at Jimmy Johns. These other reviews are 100% false. First off if you Just look at jimmy johns menu you can clearly see that they serve a seven grain wheat bread, not just white. And also if you think there is to much bread you can ask them to take the bread out. The meat and veggies are prepped fresh Dailey so you know the are fresh. And as for Seth being a racist why would he have a black man at a manger at one of his stores? There's the reviews were clearly from a competitor just trying to turn people away from an awaome restaurant.
They don't even deserve one star. NEVER ever order from Jimmy John's Kennesaw GA location. HORRIBLE customer service. They are very rude.
Do not spend your money there unless you care nonthing about racism, if you go to the Jimmy Johns facebook page one of the co-owners Seth admits that the manager there uses the N word and they have no problem with it. he justifies it with he heard it in a song I say unless you are ok with people using the N word dont give this JImmy johns a dime of your money .Jimmy Johns are franchised so this does not reflect on all Jimmy Johns just ones that are owned by Hope Cushen and Seth Bickle
