A snafu with using their app to order occurred and a plain bun was delivered for my son’s lunch. Called the store to se of this could be fixed with either a refund, credit, or redelivery. The staff member was indifferent and somewhat rude. They called their GM to see if they’d provide permission for a refund, and the GM declined to provide any assistance stating it was not their fault. Very poor service - disappointing experience.
My favorite JJ! Good service, food, convenient stop after a target run, and always freaky fast 😀
