Subs so slow you leave the drive thru.
The team here were polite and prompt, the food was fresh and delicious, and the restaurant was clean, and not very noisy. When the strawberry lemonade is available, that's pretty delicious too!
The last few times I've ordered, it's taken over an hour to get, and only after we had to call the store and ask the status. Sandwich is wrong, toppings that were extra...missing, consistently forget the drink, never cut it in half, even with notes. This one has gone downhill since I moved here. Complete waste of money.
A good Jimmy John's. I ordered in the app so my interactions with employees were minimal. Nothing seemed off.
