This location frequently closes before it’s posted time. Today, I was graciously allowed to patron this establishment at 5:30, after the employees unlocked the door; they didn’t bother turning the lights on for me. They allowed me to place an order and then made the order without ingredients because they had put them up for the day. Overall, not worth the drama for a subpar sandwich. Consistently disappointing service from this location.
Prepared my sandwich in roughly 45 seconds. Had 2 tomatoes on it about the diameter of a ping pong ball. Sandwich was thrown together and I was the only customer in the place. Bread was like trying to eat shoe leather. Tough! Wrote to corporate about all of it and NOTHING was done about this! Won't be eating Jimmy John's Again!
Tamika, is wonderful! I was placing a DoorDash order and called her to ask questions about the menu… She then after I placed my DoorDash order.. Had the DoorDasher call me to confirm what I was ordering!! What a gem, GIVE HER A RAISE!
