I love their sandwiches and usually order pickup thru the app. This time I went in to order. I'm a firm believer that I dont tip anywhere that I order my food standing up. When I went to pay, the tip screen didnt have a no tip option and required a 3 step process to set the tip to zero. Meanwhile, the driver was behind the counter waiving around a wad of bills bragging to the other employees that the manager gave them all the money from the tip jar, and proceeded to start counting them.
