I was very disappointed for the online pickup deliveries because I placed my order ahead of time with two same sandwiches. The number 16 club Lulu and right before they made my mom's order I switched the sandwich bread because I forgot how small the wheat slices are cuz it's not like Subway bread. But as soon as I got home when my mom and I were unpacking our sandwiches, my mom found out that one of the sandwiches was not toasted and the number on it was completely wrong. I ordered a Giant Turkey Tom, no tomato, no mayo, I think that's what it's called. When I unwrapped it at home, there was barely any lettuce on it. This is the 2nd or 3rd time they've been real stingy on the lettuce/ingredients. I didn't pay over 15 dollars for basically meat and cheese. There were some sections of the sandwich that literally had no lettuce at all. I'd suggest going to Jersey Mikes further North on Lineville, where you can get a full sub and where they aren't stingy with their ingredients. Kind of done with ... read more

I went in to get two subs. One for pregnant wife and one for me. As everybody knows pregnant women cannot have cold lunch meat. Other sub places have accommodated and heated the meat for a club lulu in a unwich. This place refused to do it. I know all other sub places allow you to heat just the meat why can't jimmy johns. Also they refused my business after I asked them nicely to just heat the meat. I will never be going back to this location!
