Bought an order for delivery. Brought me said order. Missing a whole meal. But yet won’t even bring me what I actually ordered. Just refunded me. LMFAO YALL SUCK
This is one of the BEST Jimmy John’s in the country for 3 main reasons. 1: consider the size of the town and limited people that are able to work at one time, STILL are nicer, faster, and overall more consistent compared to similar sandwich shops and EVEN major fast food places in town (the local Taco Bell’s are INABLE to want to take inshop orders to prioritize drive thru) 2: despite mess ups that do happen (no one is perfect and accidents happen) they are able to handle it in a professional manor. Got the wrong sandwich. The worst part is they weren't even busy me one other in store and one in drive thru.
There have been a couple times I've gone through their drive-thru and their service has not been freaky fast. I don't know if the order was ready and they just didn't realize it but it seemed like it took forever to get our food. Otherwise I would give them five stars their sandwiches are always good and normally they are very fast
