I have written many great reviews and this is my first bad one !! I left with my order that was for a Work meeting! Out of 5 sandwiches 3 didn’t even have meat on them but we’re supposed to and the only one that had meat was so soggy and disgusting that we couldn’t eat it . When I called to complain the Management went as far as to disagree with me. Slow service and Diet Coke was flat. They run out of bread. Had these issues multiple times.
Generally good but don’t order Beach Club. I could not find the avocado spread, called and was told it was in between the cheese. Pulled apart and informed the JJ employee that there was like a teaspoon. Response: “oh. Sorry.” I said well…I will never order THAT again.
I went to pick up my order and said thank you to the team member and he ignored me as if I was invisible. It was empty inside and he saw me. I understand this world has a lot of unhappy people walking around but not all of us are mean. This is enough to make me not come back. What happened to a sense of community and being friendly? Disappointing but not surprising.
