The food was really good, but unfortunately the place seemed short-staffed. We ended up waiting quite a while and felt a bit overlooked.
Was not very happy with the service I received recently at this location. They messed up and charged me extra for cheese I didn’t get in my order. I came into the store after work a couple hours later and talked to this blonde girl and she argued with me that I was charged without cheese based on the printed receipt, but when I showed on my phone I was charged more, she got her manager. The more I go to any Jimmy Johns, the more I'm left disappointed. Ever since they gave up trying to include sprouts in their sandwiches and have discontinued their "Thinny" chips, I'm at a loss as to why they are any different or better than the competition. However, my last experience with this JJs in Wheaton was so bad I had to provide a review. My wife picked up sandwiches for the family and she gave me my usual Pepe #1. Shame on the manager that schedules and absolutely understaffed the poor lead today, during lunch. This is one of the only fast foods near here so i can only imagine lunch is busy like that every day. Her and her team handled it very well. But you need to better staff from 11-2.
Website price is different than store price. Two regular sandwiches combo cost me $30. They gave me regular wheat bread sandwiches, tap water, and chips. Not even water bottle. Plus the drink machine was out of order. Smh. This place is ran by high school kids. No customer service. I will never go to Jimmy John's again. Stay away from this place. Save your money and go to Subway or Quiznos.
