Very disappointed in this franchisee. They decided to stop offering fresh brewed iced tea. If Jimmy John's is not going to offer brewed iced tea I will just get my sandwiches at Jersey Mike's.
Just wanted to give a shoutout to the worker Danielle! Came in tonight and she was incredibly sweet, the most personable Jimmy John’s employee I’ve ever interacted with(not to say they’re always bad but she was just ThAt nice) and she made my sandwich perfectly!
I stopped by Jimmy John's to try the seasonal Thai Chicken Wrap and the Spicy East Coast Italian. Honestly, both were pretty mediocre and didn't leave much of an impression. The service was fast, but the food overall was just okay.
Tim was working alone today when i went in with my service animal. I parked him against the wall, near the entrance, like I always do. Tim complimented Kova on his remarkable patience and training. Tim recognized that Kova is a legitimate service animal. He politely thanked me for my service. Tim made great recommemdations on food. The food was perfect. The attention to detail and fresh ingredients was obvious. I appreciated the interaction and professionalism from Tim. I will be back! Highly recommend!!
