It was ready right as I paid and is delicious I would recommend
I didn't catch her name, but between the girl who closed tonight and some other associates, they make this JJ the best. They always have a positive attitude and smile and will always make sure things are right. Thank you for being kind and attentive
Just so the manager knows and management. Came in today and the employee was extremely rude to me and 3 other patrons. Like he didn’t want to be there. Throwing items in plane view. Not sure what was up! Happened on 9/4/25 at 6:30 pm
Went in with my wife at 7:20pm on 9/3/2025. Worker is insanely rude to both of us, saying they closed the dining room, but open for orders until 9pm(weird), but their oven was off. As we were finishing up our order, the worker answered the phone and went on carrying a conversation about who knows what, while we were still waiting to pay. I didnt think it was possible to have bad service at Jimmy John's, much less a bad attitude and manners building sandwiches lol. A kiosk would be a better experience than going here.
