With no other customers in the place, I stood waiting for almost 10 minutes before my order was taken. I got the Turkey Tom with everything on it, yet it only has lettuce, tomatoes and was not cut. My daughter had the Italian without ham, and of course it had ham on it. It was also not cut. I honestly could have done better at home. Very disappointed ☹️
I ordered a tuna sandwich with wheat bread. See my picture, I barely find any tuna in my sandwich. Worst Jimmy John’s ever.
Uhm... idk who yall have working here tonight but WOW. I went in about an hour or so ago and was met with an incredibly rude cashier. This person has a buzz cut and some sort of caterpillar or bug/tentacle tattoo on their arm just for reference since they didn't have a name tag or anything. I walked in. Said "Hi" didn't get a response. Ordered my food. No words. Didn't even tell me the total or hand me my cup. Just turned around and started making it all aggressively. On the Google app it says it closes at 9:00pm, I drove 10 miles, arrived at 8:00pm and it's closed
Cael is the best. Excellent customer service and freaky fast with the sandwiches. This is my favorite Jimmy John’s because of him
