Tim was working alone today when i went in with my service animal. I parked him against the wall, near the entrance, like I always do. Tim complimented Kova on his remarkable patience and training. Tim recognized that Kova is a legitimate service animal. He politely thanked me for my service. Tim made great recommemdations on food. The food was perfect. The attention to detail and fresh ingredients was obvious. I appreciated the interaction and professionalism from Tim. I will be back! Highly recommend!!
1 star because I can’t do zero I went in to get a sandwich and I experienced the worst customer service, the cashier seemed like he hates his job and didn’t assist me with questions I had about the menu also my sandwich wasn’t cut after the cook prepared it. 0/10 don’t recommend going to this location.
I created an order for ASAP and left a solid 30 mins after I put in the order. I choose curbside pick up, waited about 7 mins, then decided to go into the store. They just started my order and I ordered 6 sandwiches including the name for whose is who. I recieved the bag after some time, there were no names, and each sandwich was messed up. Very disappointed.
This place was awesome and their new assistant general manager it's just the sweetest thing ever
