The first time I went in here two or three months ago everything was good. The service was fantastic the food was really good and I didn't have any issues. I just went yesterday and everything is awful. My sandwich had hair in it and I ended up throwing it away because I live about 20 minutes away and didn't feel like dealing with going back up there after I got home. I order all the time. My sandwich is never cut and this is what I just received as my “toasted Cuban sandwich” the service is terrible. Unless you go inside and watch them don’t order on the app.
Ate lunch here on Sunday. The service was great and so was the food. A great big shout out to Leanne, I hope I spelled it right. Even on crutches Leanne gave super service and was super friendly.
I would have made this review yesterday but we were busy. My wife and I walked in and waited at the front counter for at least 3 minutes before the person in the back finally decided to come out and take our order. I couldn't really tell but it was either a young male or female, but that is irrelevant.
