I went into the shop and ordered a combo. Julia the sandwich maker made my sandwich to perfection , nothing fell out of the roll as I was eating it and everything was layered professionally. Thank you Julia it was very delicious.
Ordering from this place is like trying to get a toddler to follow any sort of instruction... chaotic and somehow covered in hair. This past order, there was a hair on the cheese. Just lounging there like it pays rent. The order before that, the cheese tasted sour, like it had gone bad. I reorder the same sandwiches every single time, and they can NEVER make it correctly. I just want to say Jimmy John's in Hartselle, AL. is the absolute best! They are always very very nice and know how to treat customers with awesome customer service! Not to mention the food is awesome!
Was really nice at 1st now they are taking an hour to get food delivered i will bot be ordering anymore
